We ship worldwide from one of our three warehouses. We currently have three warehouses in the UK, USA and India. If your county is not availiable at checkout, please get in touch at joynuk@joynbags.com and we can try and arrange alternative shipping for you.

Shipping is FREE on orders over £100. If your order is under £100, your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout depending on your location and the product size. 

Our warehouses are based in the UK, USA and in India so if you are based in these locations, there are no import duties. If you are based outside of these locations, you may be charged import duties and you will be contacted by the courier to arrange payment before your 

We will happily exchange or refund goods received back to us within 30 days of purchase date. Please return in unworn, perfect condition with the tags attached. See more on our refund policy here.

Our prices are inclusive of all sales taxes.

This depends on whether your order has shipped. If your order has NOT yet shipped then we can change the address for you, please contact joynuk@joynbags.com with your order number and request.

If your order has already shipped (you will know this as you will have received a shipping confirmation) then we recommend contacting the shipping provider (this will also be included in your shipping confirmation) as the order will now be in there custody.

All UK orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and will usually take 2 - 3 working days.

USA and Canada: 3 - 5 working days, shipped from our US warehouse.

India: 3 - 5 working days shipped from our India warehouse

Rest of the world: Anywhere between 3 - 10 working days based on your location

You should be notified once your order is confirmed. If you haven't heard from us and the email isn't in your junk folder, get in touch at joynuk@joynbags.com and we will be happy to help.

We launch four to five collections each year with just a small batch of handcrafted pieces, so if you have your eye on something, don't wait as each collection is unique and the item may not return.

Yes, we know our customers enjoy our sales and so we like to be clear and upfront about when they are:

We normally have three main sales in the year:

1. Winter Sale - this runs from late December through January.

2. Holiday Sale - this runs for one week in November.

3. Summer Sale - runs for four week from mid July into August.

You can also get 10% off your first order when you subscribe to our newsletter community and 15% off when you opt in to our SMS service where we give you early access to new launches and sales.

We store your name and contact details in addition to your previous purchases and browsing history on our site. We do not store any credit card or payment details with the exception of banking transaction codes. 

Only as is necessary with trusted companies listed here: Klaviyo, Google, Facebook and Instagram for analytics and marketing purposes. We also share your name and contact details with shipping courier as is necessary for us to get your order delivered to you.

Yes, we conform with your right to be forgotten. Simply get in touch with us at joynuk@joynbags.com and request that we remove your data. This is an irreversible process and all your data will be wiped from our system - when you buy from us again our system will treat you as a completely new customer and we also won't be able to contact you thereafter. We are required to retain your transaction history for tax and legal purposes.
